Maui Cattle Company Paniolo Rib-Eye Steak
Yield: 4 to 5 servings

2 each (16 – 18- ounces) Maui Cattle Company bone-in rib-ey steaks

For the steak rub:
1 teaspoon chopped garlic
1 teaspoon chopped parsley
1/2 teaspoon dried chili pepper flakes
2 tablespoons Maui raw sugar
2 Tablespoons Hawaiian red ‘alaea salt

Mix all ingredients together and apply to steaks. Grill steaks about 4-5 minutes on each side (best to grill over kiawe wood fire like the Paniolos do).
