The cuisine at Kō is inspired by the people of Maui. Award winning chef, Tylun Pang prepares authentic Hawaiian, Chinese, Filipino, Portuguese, Korean, and Japanese with a contemporary twist. The menu includes island family recipes that have been passed down for generations and are made with the freshest ingredients from Maui’s framers, fishermen and ranchers.
