The cuisine at Kō restaurant in Wailea is inspired by the people of Maui. Award winning chef, Tylun Pang prepares authentic Hawaiian, Chinese, Filipino, Portuguese, Korean, and Japanese with a contemporary twist. The fine dining menu includes island family recipes that have been passed down for generations and are made with the freshest ingredients from Maui’s farmers, fishermen and ranchers.

Sunday Night Laulau
Enjoy a healthy and modern take on a traditional Hawaiian dish, every Sunday evening at Kō. The special seafood laulau includes Maui fresh catch fish, shrimp, scallops, spinach, mushrooms and baby bok choy, all wrapped in ti leaf, steamed, and served with jasmine rice. Come early – the laulau special is first come, first served and does sell out!

Winemaker Pairings
Kō is proud to offer Winemaker Pairings, a prix fixe three-course menu comprised of Executive Chef Tylun Pang’s favorite dishes, paired with three stand-out wines. The menu is available every evening and a new winemaker is featured each month.

August Winemaker Pairings Menu:
During the month of August, Kō restaurant will feature a special prix fixe three-course menu comprised of Executive Chef Tylun Pang’s favorite dishes, each paired with three stand-out Rosés. The dinner will begin with crispy chicken spring roll lettuce wraps, paired with the Bertani Bertarose “Chiaretto” Rosé. A pan seared Mongchong with lobster rose sauce, Maui onion, yukon gold mashed potato, steamed asparagus and Maui-grown carrots paired with the Château D’Esclans “Whispering Angel” Rosé will be featured as the main course. The evening will finish with a delicate Keanae lilikoi (passion fruit) chiffon cheesecake served with a Champagne Nicolas Feuillate “D’Lucious” Rosé Demi Sec.

Keiki (Children) Dining Program
The Fairmont Kea Lani is proud to offer family travel activities including a Keiki (Children) Dining Program. Not only does Kō restaurant offer kid friendly cuisine, but children five years and under eat for free when ordering off the keiki menu when accompanied by an adult. The program includes sodas, juice, or milk. The keiki menu is also available for children ages 6 through 12 years or they may order from any regular dining menu in these locations for ½ off of regular menu pricing.
