The cuisine at Kō is inspired by the people of Maui. Award winning chef, Tylun Pang prepares authentic Hawaiian, Chinese, Filipino, Portuguese, Korean, and Japanese with a contemporary twist. The menu includes island family recipes that have been passed down for generations and are made with the freshest ingredients from Maui’s farmers, fishermen and ranchers.

Each night at Kō, enjoy a three-course menu of Chef Pang’s favorite dishes, paired with three sparkling wines from around the world, including Enza Prosecco D.O.C. Brut from Italy, Veuve Clicquot Ponsardin “Yellow Label” Brut from France and Segura Viudas Aria D.O.Cava Brut, from Spain.

Create your own Christmas pancakes! Select from buttermilk, multigrain or taro batter and your choice of mix-ins and our own chef will grill up your very own pancake. Mix-in mango, banana, strawberry chocolate chip or blueberry. Or, make a savory pancake with cheddar cheese, bacon and sausage. Toppings will include maple or coconut syrup, whipped cream, agave and lavender honey. New Year’s Day Football

Football fanatics rejoice! Kō restaurant will open at 7:00am on New Year’s Day for football, hail (bloody) mary’s (and/or coffee) and breakfast selections including the Quarter Back Scramble Wrap and the Cheese Head Omelet. Games will continue throughout the day.

Keiki (Children) Dining Program
The Fairmont Kea Lani is proud to offer family travel activities including a Keiki (Children) Dining Program. Not only does Kō restaurant offer kid friendly cuisine, but children five years and under eat for free when ordering off the keiki menu when accompanied by an adult. The program includes sodas, juice, or milk. The keiki menu is also available for children ages 6 through 12 years or they may order from any regular dining menu in these locations for ½ off of regular menu pricing.
